The director of the watercolor organization had interviewed several designers for its web site. However, the more interviews he conducted, the less confidence he had with these high end technicians. Their skills in computer systems are excellent, but they know nothing about painting watercolors. How can he have someone build a web site who is not knowledgeable about the targeted users? Having more watercolorists around the world come join the organization and share their expertise in painting watercolor are the purposes of their website. In order to achieve its goals, the director decided to find someone within the organization for web site creation. He offered the training program to one member. She loves the opportunity and the challenge that is being offered through designing the web site. To gain more knowledge in web site design she signed up for the online classes with Santa Monica College. After three months of studying through the internet, she realizes that it is easier to use some type of software for web site creation. The director agreed with her suggestion and purchased a software for the organization. Following the guidelines of coverage and purpose of watercolor organization, she setup a website for the association. It only took a small budget for their web site. Their web site is currently running very well. Members enjoy their visits and come back often for new information. ---------to be continued.
