Create a web site and move into the cutting edge of business--

Before you set up a website, you have to take into consideration the following three questions:
1. Why do you need a website?
2. What topics are to be covered on your website?
3. How are you going to get your website done?

For illustration purposes, I would like to set up a model-Watercolor Painters Organization.  There are over three hundreds members associated with this group.  The communication between the officers of the organization and members relies on the bi-monthly newsletter, telephone, fax machine and e-mail.  Every two years, there is a conference for members to demonstrate and to share their painting experiences.

In order to meet the growth of its business, the board decided to have their website.  They believe that the world wide web will provides them with a successful marketing tool to move into the cutting edge of business.  By using a point-and-click interface through a website, watercolor painters all over the world can look for information and opportunity of sharing their experiences with each other.
