Offering A Versatile Color Palette for Nature Fabric

The Natural Color Institute shares knowledge of contemporary natural color and design through classroom and private instruction.  New and experienced artists alike learn about natural dye extracts through the varied classes offered to individuals, schools, and conferences.  The safe, non-toxic nature of the Nature Color Institute approach makes this desirable palette a responsible health choice, while offering complex color, design, and depth that is the hallmark of an accomplished artist.

The interior studio is 1400 square feet of instructional space, illuminated with natural light from numerous skylights and incandescent sources.  Large padded work tables and experiential space allow students generous work areas.  Three large industrial sinks, stove top, counter spaces, washing machine, and indoor drying racks create an efficiently organized studio space.  The spacious outdoor dye kitchen cooking porch features eight natural gas burners, sink, covered drying rack, and work table space.
