Communicating with your visitors through a page of Feedback

In addition to the chat room, you might want to add a page of Feedback on your website.  This feedback form will allow your visitors to communicate directly with you regarding their visiting experience, suggestions, and inquiries. 

Mostly, the visitors will tell you how well your website enhanced their visiting experience.  They had enjoyed visiting the site either because your pages were beautiful or because the information provided on your web was very useful to them.  Once in a while they would point out if a problem had occurred during their visitation and make positive suggestions.  They could also ask you about your products or services. No matter what kind of feedback you receive, it is important to respond to it in a timely manner. 

Sometimes, you won't have the right information about the requests they make.  You will tell them about the research, then, get back to them as soon as you have the correct information.  The visitors who enjoyed communicating with you through the feedback form are sure to visit your site repeatedly.
