Creating a Feedback Form

Since we are using FrontPage software for publishing our website, adding a feedback form is no more than inserting the form.  However, we have customized the default form by adding form fields and form-field labels to let site visitors know what kind of information we would like them to enter into the form. 

After adding a feedback form on our site, our visitors will be sharing information, tips, and ideas with us.  We have learned from their ideas and suggestions on how to improve our website.  I am sure that your visitors will love the opportunity of giving suggestions to you and to help you make your site a more fun place to visit. 

Moreover, considering the feedback you receive with an open mind, don't be discouraged by constructive criticism because you don't need to make every single change someone suggests to you, but you might be surprised how many fresh ideas will come your way!
